Once
upon a time, long long ago, in 2002 JoJo was just leaving
college. She had completed an awesome independent study
in jewelry design and had a pink patent leather suitcase
full of her creations. Everything was one of a kind, and
while she loved everything she had made, she truthfully
didn't need 50 necklaces, so her mom bought some, her
friends bought some, and then a nurse in the health center
called to see if she could buy some...
So she packed up her
pink patent leather suitcase with a few fabulous goodies
and walked around boston approaching fabulous little
boutiques like the Beauty mark and Holiday to see if
maybe they wanted some of her jewelry too. It turns
out they did want some fabulous, and in the fall of
2002 she became a jewelry designer.
From those two stores
JoJo Loves You grew to now be carried in over 100 stores
across the country. Everything is still handmade by
JoJo in her south end studio, although now she has a
little help from her fabulous assistant, interns, sales
representatives, and of course her little dog cedric.
She makes everything
for you. because she likes you. and believes you can
be extradordinary.
Nine years later, the
pink suitcase sits in the window of her Brookline storefront
showroom, a gentle reminder that good things come to
those who put their whole heart in whatever they do.
