Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry but understand that sometimes you may need to return it.  All returns from must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All jewelry must be returned in it’s original packaging, in unworn condition, accompanied by the completed form and returned pre-paid in protective packaging, such as the box or bubble mailer it arrived in. Insurance and delivery confirmation are suggested for tracking purposes. Upon receipt of the return, the credit will be applied in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days once the item is received, for payment to be credited.


Defective Merchandise Policy

While this is a very rare situation, things do happen in the manufacturing process and may sneak by us. All manufacturing defects are covered under our 90 day Bling Policy. If a post breaks off or a stone falls out, please return the damaged jewelry, with proof of purchase, accompanied with this form in a pre-paid protective package, such as the box or bubble mailer it arrived in.  We will replace the item and return it free of charge. You will receive an email notification when the package ships with tracking information.
