Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes it’s just not the right fit for your “lobeage” or the color just isn’t right for you. We’re here to help!

Items purchased at full price at and returned within 30 days will be issued a refund in the original form of payment excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 Business Days for the return to process.

All items must be returned in their original packaging in unworn condition. If items are not returned in their packaging or if they appear to have been worn, a store credit will be issued excluding shipping charges.

Items purchased via Facebook Live Sales, Facebook Fridays, Bling Sales, Sale page & Singles are all FINAL SALE and will not be accepted.

Please email Customer Service at to obtain a return authorization form that will need to be mailed in with your return.

Exchange Policy

We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Defective Merchandise Policy

All products go through an extensive inspection process. While we try our hardest to ensure every piece of jewelry is perfect, in the rare case that it is not, all manufacturing defects are covered under our 90-day Bling Warranty.

Please send photos of your damaged item to  We suggest sending multiple photos from different angles so that we can assess the defect(s). Items that are deemed defective due to the manufacturing process will be repaired or replaced free of charge and shipped back to you at no additional cost.
