I
am a media outlet and I have a press inquiry. How do
I get in contact with you?
Oh you minx. We would love to supply goodies for your
photo shoot, editorial, or just chit chat with you on
the phone. Shoot us an e-mail (josiehewitt@mac.com)
and write PRESS INQUIRY in the subject line.
In your email please include with your message the type
of press, your contact information, and the deadline.
While it is super busy here at JoJo we will get back
to you ASAP.
What
are your shipping options? + How quickly can I get my
jewelry?
+ What if my USPS First Class Shipping hasn't arrived
yet?
We do our best to get online orders shipped within 1-2
business days of your order. If for some reason we think
it might take a bit longer than normal, we will email
you immediately.
Shipping
Options
At checkout you can select your shipping preference.
We ship with the USPS and offer First Class $5, Priority
$8, and Expedited $20. If your order totals over $100
you will receive free first class shipping. If an order
is urgent (and by urgent we mean your girlfriends
birthday is in two days and you needed her gift yesterday)
please write us a note in the comments section and we
will do our best to accommodate you.
If
for some reason you prefer your package to be shipped
with a carrier other than USPS, please contact us prior
to placing your order.
Shipping
Delays
A tracking number and link to track the order is emailed
with every order so you can watch its progress as it
goes from our pink studio to your front door. This allows
you to follow up with your local post office if need
be.
This
order is a gift, can I get a message included in the
package?
Good for you for giving the gift of awesomeness! JoJo
thinks gift-giving is sensational and would love to
include a special message in the package! Please indicate
at checkout that the item is a gift and include the
message youd like us to sneak inside.
Whats
your return policy? valid for store credit
You are welcome to return your unworn JoJo jewelry purchased
on our website with a valid receipt for store credit
within 30 days. All sale items are final sale and are
not eligible for store credit or exchange.
What
about exchanges?
Oh everyones done it; you think those blings MIGHT
be perfect with your new dress, but when they arrive
they are just a shade off and you need to exchange them
for a different color. Email us to let us know you will
be making an exchange and as soon as we receive it we
will shoot you an email to let you know your new goodies
are en route.
Do
you ever have sales? How do I know when a sale is happening?
We hold online sales at the end of every season as we
make room for our new collection. In addition we do
our big bling sale only twice a year, in May and December.
We post all of our sale information on Facebook and
Twitter as well as through our mailing list. Please
check these three places for sale information.

I
see you have an address. Does this mean you have a store
that I can visit?
Sorry kiddos, while we do have a storefront we operate
exclusively as a showroom/design studio and not as a
retail store. Hence, we are only open only by chance
or appointment Monday-Friday. To schedule an appointment

I
heard you host parties! How can I schedule one?
Parties, we love parties! We typically host parties
in our showroom on weekday evenings from 6-8p.m. You
invite all your besties, bring your favorite jug of
wine, and we give you run of the place. There is no
charge, in fact we offer party discounts and specials
to really sweeten the pot. To schedule a party email

Im
getting married and Id love to get my bridesmaids
necklaces custom made. Is this possible?
JoJo loves love! We would love to help design a necklace,
bracelet or whatever other jewels you dream of for your
special day. We can work with any budget or vision,

Oh,
no! I was having too much fun out with the girls and
my favorite JoJo necklace broke!
Is there any way I can have it fixed?
It was during the break dancing contest wasnt
it? Though we pride ourselves on our excellent quality,
jewelry can break. Please send us a detailed email (josiehewitt@mac.com)
including the date of purchase, order # and the situation.
You can ship your jewelry back to the studio. Well
give your piece a little TLC and send it back to you
with an invoice. On average a necklace repair is $15.

We make a lot of blings over here at JoJo, and while
we double and triple check every pair for perfection,
sometimes a pair slips past us. We offer free replacement
or repairs on blings within 60 days from the day of
purchase. After 60 days we will re-post a bling for
the nominal fee of $5 (+ $5 return shipping) or sell
you a single to replace it for $14.
On
that note, how should I care for my jewelry?
As a general rule, we suggest not sleeping, swimming,
or showering in your jewelry. Blings are made of beautiful
Swarovski crystals. Part of what makes them so special
is their foil backing which if worn in the ocean, steam
room, or shower, can become damaged or ruined. No need
to expose your fabulous jewelry to harsh chemicals or
undue wear and tear, so treat all your JoJo with love.
If your blings tarnish over time, as most sterling does,
try using a jewelers cloth. Also, to avoid getting
knots in your jewelry, always hang your necklaces vertically.
And when you travel, put your necklaces in their JOJO
bags with the clasp hanging outside of the drawstring
to protect them.
When
you say vintage pin, is it really vintage?
Really truly! Our vintage pins are collected from all
ends of the earth and designed into pieces specifically
for them. Most pins are pieces from the 1950s, 60s,
or 70s, some are signed and all are sensational.
How
do I know which size bling is right for me?
The good news is, there is a bling for everyone! We
suggest you choose your bling size based on how conservative
you are with your jewelry, especially earrings. Our
mini blings are a 7-8mm version of our regular blings
and offer a more conservative option. Our 10mm blings
are the most popular and are perfect for everyday wear
and nights out
on the town. Our party, mega party blings, and fleur
blings are the largest and most flashy options.
These pairs are statement pieces and should be worn
alone or with minimal jewelry elsewhere. Party blings
and petite fleurs are dime sized...............
