Sales Tax

Rhode Island residents are required by state law to pay a 7% sales tax on all items.

I am a media outlet and I have a press inquiry. How do I get in contact with you?

Oh you minx! We would love to supply goodies for your photo shoot, editorial, or just chit chat with you on the phone. Shoot us an e-mail and write “PRESS INQUIRY” in the subject line. In your email please include with your message the type of press, your contact information, and the deadline. While it is super busy here at JoJo, we will do our best to get back to you ASAP.

How will I recognize my purchase on my credit card statement?

Credit card transactions will be processed as Bling Bar Jewelry Inc. DBA JoJo Loves You.

Do you ever have sales? How do I know when a sale is happening?

We hold online sales at the end of every season as we make room for our new collection. In addition we do our big Bling Sale only twice a year, in May and December. We post all of our sale information on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, as well as through our mailing list. Don’t want to miss a thing? I see you have an address. Does this mean you have a store that I can visit?

Sorry, Kiddos! While we do have a design studio where we make all of these beautiful jewels, we operate exclusively as a closed studio and online retailer. This means that you can always, always, always visit our online store, or we'd be delighted to refer you to one of the many fabulous boutiques that carries our line.

I’m getting married and I’d love to get my bridesmaids necklaces custom made. Is this possible?

JoJo loves love! We would love to help design a necklace, bracelet or whatever other jewels you dream of for your special day. We can work with any budget or vision! Please email or call (401.642.9494) for details.

Oh, no! I was having too much fun out with the girls and my favorite JoJo Loves You necklace broke! Is there any way I can have it fixed?

It was during the break dancing contest, wasn’t it? Though we pride ourselves on our excellent quality, jewelry can break. Please send us a detailed email including the date of purchase, order # and the situation.

Even worse, the post on my bling snapped off! Can you help me?

We make a lot of Blings over here at JoJo Loves You, and while we double and triple check every pair for perfection, sometimes a pair slips past us. We offer free replacement or repairs on Blings within 90 days with proof of purchase. Please contact us for further information.

On that note, how should I care for my jewelry?

As a general rule, we suggest not sleeping, swimming, or showering in your jewelry. Blings are made of beautiful Swarovski crystals. Part of what makes them so special is their foil backing which, if worn in the ocean, steam room, or shower, can become damaged or ruined. No need to expose your fabulous jewelry to harsh chemicals or undue wear and tear, so treat all your JoJo jewels with love. If your Blings tarnish over time, as most sterling silver does, try using a jeweler’s cloth. Also, to avoid getting knots in your jewelry, always hang your necklaces vertically. And when you travel, put your necklaces in a jewelry bag with the clasp hanging outside of the drawstring to protect them.

Good for you for giving the gift of awesomeness! JoJo thinks gift-giving is sensational and would love to include a special message in the package! Please indicate at checkout that the item is a gift and include the message you’d like us to sneak inside. We’ll also be sure to leave the price(s) out!
