Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry but understand that sometimes you may need to return it.  All returns from www.JojoLovesYou.com must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All jewelry must be returned in it’s original packaging, in unworn condition, accompanied by the completed form and returned pre-paid in protective packaging, such as the box or bubble mailer it arrived in. Insurance and delivery confirmation are suggested for tracking purposes. Upon receipt of the return, the credit will be applied in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days once the item is received, for payment to be credited.

 

Exchange Policy

We understand that those Blings might not quite match your outfit or be the right size! All Exchanges from www.JojoLovesYou.com must be Exchanged within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and in unworn condition, to receive merchandise credit only. Jewelry must be returned pre-paid in protective packaging, such as the box or bubble mailer it arrived in. Insurance and delivery confirmation are suggested for tracking purposes. Upon receipt, a store credit will be issued via the email address noted on this form, for future purchase at www.JoJoLovesYou.com. Please note that merchandise credit will not include any shipping charges. Please allow up to 5 business days once the package is received for a merchandise credit to be sent.

 

Defective Merchandise Policy

While this is a very rare situation, things do happen in the manufacturing process and may sneak by us. All manufacturing defects are covered under our 90 day Bling Policy. If a post breaks off or a stone falls out, please return the damaged jewelry, with proof of purchase, accompanied with this form in a pre-paid protective package, such as the box or bubble mailer it arrived in.  We will replace the item and return it free of charge. You will receive an email notification when the package ships with tracking information.

 

Repair Policy

We have a Repair Policy for when life gets in the way!  Our Repair Policy is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and must be returned with original proof of purchase along with this form. Please return the jewelry to be repaired in pre-paid protective packaging to avoid further damage. Please allow up to 10 business days once the package is received to repair and return ship. You will receive an email notification when the package ships with tracking information. We will notify you immediately if the jewelry returned for repair is beyond repair. Charges may apply.

 

Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or repair.
